   प्रक्रिया मिलेन अवश्य पनि मन्त्रि ज्युको । यो सत्य हो । तर अर्को सत्य यो पनि हो कि स्थानिय विकास अधिकारीहरू कत्तिको भ्रष्ट छन् भन्ने कुरा सबैलाई थाहा भएको नै कुरा हो । जिल्ला विकास कार्यालयमा अनियमितता गर्नेमा यिनिहरू धेरै अगाडि छन् । सायद शुद्ध स्थानिय विकास अधिकारी पाउन त मुस्किल नै छ । सजायको भागितार यि भ्रष्टचारी हुन नै । तर अलि प्रक्रिया पुगेन् । जे भए पनि मेरो तेत्ती आपत्ति चाहि भने छैन् । प्रसासन कसरी सुधार्ने भन्ने चाहि सोच्नु नै पर्ने भएको छ ।

   राजेश जी कार्टुन राम्रो छ तर अबो भ्रष्टहरूको छबि झल्कने खालको पनि बनाउनु भए हुन्थ्यो ।

   To rajesh Ji : You’ve been doing great cartoon, this one as well. Tips for you:- [ ‘Ban Mantri = BAN MAN TREE., Ban(lock up) man(LDO) into toilet., etc. ]
   To Yadav Ji : Don’t forget Emotional action remains raw, but Great/neccessary starting ! Really apriciate your feeling, hate corrupted virus wheather LDO or any O’s. Lage raho Comrade, ham naujawan log sab tumra saath hai.
   To Karmacharis Ji : It’s good you are against the ‘style’ of action from minister. Now, How many of you are alert not to corrupt and work honestly ?
   To Kantipur : Expected more follow up against ‘honest/suspected corrupted/corrupted officers. Why not start a column on ‘LDO’s/CDO’s/DFO’s/DHO’s/DEO’s/DPO’s corner’. Let them write the good things thay have done. Bellow that, another column. ‘Why like this?’ Let kantipur write about the other ‘Corrupted/Lazy/Cheater/Lier/Defamed around.

   tapaile jati gari rakhnu bhayeko cha, tyo aaru ko heri more than enough cha..

   ani abt this cartoon, galat tarika le gariyeko sahi kuro galat nai huncha.. yaar tetro budo bhayera mantri bhayeko manche le baccha bacchhi le garne jasto garna paincha.. garna payo bhandai ma je payo thei garna awasya paidaina..sabai chiz ko aafno prakriya huncha ra tyo milayera matrai garnu parcha..
   mantri bhaye bhandai ma ke ko shaan dekhayeko??
   kailali ra kanchanpur ma yinai mantri ka party ka manche le (clearly sayin YCL ka manche haru le) jungle fadani garera bechda, defend garna aaghi sarne mantri ni yinai hun..hami lai thaha na bhayeko ho ra???

   I appreciate the action of the minister against the corrupted Bureaucrats .. but is the minister himself away from corruption ..?
