…really .. is it soo?? if it was so … their would have been peaceful process for CA election … non of the parties are following this ACHARSAMHITA ….. every1 is violating it …. how can these parties build a NEW NEPAL ……. if they are not even following the CA election codes of conduct …………. 😐
