i am really surprised and curious to know about one charactor in your cartoons.
I found one guy with a dharke nepali dhaka topi in all your cartoons that had been published. He is thin guy, i found him in all of your cartoons.so, can i please know the meaning of this guy on every cartoons. it will be pleasure to get your reply.

That ‘dharke topi’ wal is no other than ‘Phalano’ or ‘the common man’ watching all the absurdities that takes place in our society. I have a feeling its Rajesh-ji himself who is watching these foolishness and contemplating that in cartoons with punching words. Right Rajesh-ji?
Dear Bordeaux (France), as Krishnaji said, the person with dhaka topi could be anyone. You, me or someone else. That’s why the cartoon is titled as PHALANO (literally meaning that one person who could be anyone and he has no mouth which I believe symbolize a common Nepali who really don’t talk about what’s going around). A big hats off to Rajeshji for representing everyone through his cartoon. They are definitely the first thing I read as soon as I open Ekantipur. Continue the good work and keep us entertaining.
