Cartoon of reality. The situation is as such, Nepal has good source of hydro power, which are flowing rivers, but not able to make use of it. The leaders only can boast of the resource, by saying: “Nepal jal shrodth ko dhani dhesh ho” this word had been repeated many times, like a mantra for many decades, but doing nothing more than “Goose Khori” and pulling one others legs, just to get more goose!
